COMPANY BACKGROUND

MATRIX CORPORATE SECURITY & GENERAL SERVICES, INC.(MCSGSI) Was incorporated as a business entity on July 14, 1987. Engr. Jose R. Simeon and Brig. Gen. Rodolfo R. Tolentino, AFP (ret) were the first Chairman and President respectively. 

            In 1997, the company transferred to its new office located at Consolidated Matrix, Inc. Building, 315 Commonwealth Avenue (corner TandangSora Avenue), Diliman, Quezon City. 

            One of the milestone in its (27) years of existence was when it was adjudged as one of the “TEN OUTSTANDING PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES” for the year 2000 by the PNP Civil Security Group. The authorized capital stock is Php 10 Million.
